Please forgive me if I have incorrectly posted here but, I have searched for an appropriate thread for this album, searching for artillery of which resulted in few findings. In a way it is a showcase item.

Here are a few pics from the personal collection from Battery Commander of No.2 Battery 46 Regt.

Before SS

Hi,

Here are a few photos from a nice album concentrating on SS Sturmann Johan Ott. He came from a long line of fighting ancestry and was killed in the East whilst fighting in a grenade battle.

It be nice to see someone had taken time to write about him in his local paper, the extract of which has been placed on obverse of the field photo of his grave.
