    12. PARTICIPANTS IN THE BATTLE OF OMDURMAN I reframed this collection of badges a few months ago. Some of the Sudanese badges were probably issued and worn at a later stage but I have used them to represent and symbolise the Sudanese contribution to the Battle.

    14. MY COLLECTION OF KHEDIVE'S SUDAN MEDALS AND CLASPS 1896-1908 I still require the clasps for Gedaref, Bahr-el Ghazal 1900-2, Jerok and Katfia to complete my collection of the 15 various clasps.

    18. I managed to page through my copy during my very short sojourne while passing through South Africa last week. It is an excellent product and worth the effort of obtaining a copy. It will be quoted as a reference book for some time to come!
