Hopefully should be a simple question.
What colour should original WW1 issue M16 helmets be?
I have seen one locally for sale that is a light green coulor.
Not sure if the should be dark green or grey etc.

Thanks very mutch for the responce.
It was a badge I was possibly thinking about purchasing but will leave it were it is as it is a badge not high on my wants list.
It is quite interesting that you do get these marks on the back of Maybauer Selesian eagles though.

Thanks for the link, the markings on the u-boat look exactly the same as those on the Silesian Eagle.
Does any one know how common these marks are on other Maybauer badges.

Not a lot of responces so far so I thought I would add some more pictures.
I think the badge looks good but any comments would be appreciated.

Greetings
I have come accross the WW1 Maybaour U-boat badge and have posted a picture of the reverse.
I can post more pictures if required but the interesting thing is the machine markings on the reverse.
I wanted to know if this was typical of these badges or unusual.

Hello every one.
I am new to this forum and this is my firts post here.
I have the opertunity to buy this cased Mechlenburg Grffen Order for around 800 euro and wanted to know if this is a fair price.
They are quite rare and you do not see them come up for sale very often so pricing them is quite hard. My friend Mike who has a big imperial collection thinks that it is a fair price but I wanted to get other opinions.

WW1 Tank badge sold on e-bay the other day
in Germany: Imperial: The Orders, Decorations and Medals of The Imperial German States

Came across this WW1 tank badge that sold the other day on e-bay.
Was curious to see what people think original or fake.
Not one I have seen before but may have actually been original.
Unfortunatly these are the only photos I have.
