Hi Haynau
Thank you. The serbian royal household medal is wonderful !
I did know it had the same ribbon as the Austrian .
SO, according to you, I can add on this bar the cross below?

Hi
Thank you everybody for your help
I am quite convinced it would be a Zinc Verdienst Kreuz.
But for me, this bar belonged to a German person, who was at some time in Austria.
Am I wrong?

Hi Kevin
From my side, I was thinking about a Merit / Verdienst Cross, war-production, indeed.
Maybe a Tapferkeit too...

Hi
There are differences between St Helene ribbon and Croix de Guerre French War Cross ribbon:
St Helene: red strip = 1,8 mm
French War Cros : red strip = 1,5 mm
red strip is crimson / red brick on St Helene and red-red on the War Cross
See below 3 sizes of this commemorative medal:

As it comes with a Bravery-war ribbon, and at this hook situation: It could be. a Big silver Bravery medal (Franz-Joseph or Karl), and why not a Signum laudis (by the crown), gold/silver and FJ /Karl. I don?t think on a Military VerdienstCross for its size
Greetings
Miguel
Hi Miguel
Thank you !

Hi
I just get this ty?cal German bar. Only the Austrian award is missing.
Which award was on this bar? As you can see the small hook is placed close to the top of the bar: 5cm betwwen this hook and the bottom of the German "Hindenbourg" Cross. So, it was for a Signum Laudis? I don't think so. A Verdienst Kreuz? Possible, but I am not sure.
What do you think about?

Hi Ed
When I have seen this picture in a newspaper, I thought it was a good opportunit? to start collecting Mongolian awards, because this person is very symbolic.
So I am trying to "reconstruct" his medals....it's a long way, but funny !
PS: I got the ORBC shown few posts ago..

If you really have to have one you could also go for this one from Liverpoolmedals.....
This is rather an interesting coincidence....
They have #3923 for sale at 145 pounds or $285 US.
So right now that's 100 US less than the Ebay one. They are slow to remove sold items though so you might be out of luck...
Anyway good luck with Mongolian orders they are very addictive!!!
Cheers
JC
Hi FJCP and Ed
Let's see... I have made some other purchases with this delaer so, all in all, it could be a normal price.
This type of ORBC is commonly available for 280 - 320e here in France (if available....)
Rude, I know
Anyway, thank you for the links. I hadn't noticed the ORBC at Liverpool shop (which is known to be expensive, generally speaking)
Here my Mongolian search list:
Khalkin Gol Badge
N19 : 50 Years of the Great Construction (1926-76)
N 04: Outstanding Construction Worker of the MPR
B 32: veteran of the revolutionary struggle
C 57 :70 Years of the MPA 1921 1991
C 19: Memory 45-85
C 20 :Honoray Medal
A 37: for Combat Service, Type 3 Var 2 (in silver-plated brass), circa 1990s - 2000s
C 42 : Glory of Veteran
C 38: MPA
C 05 : Partisan Badge 1921
And the picture of my search list on the body !

Hi
I know this type is a very common one, but it could be my first ORBC...
Please, do you think this order is genuine (it looks good to me, but advice are welcome ...!):
