Well guys, the eagle has landed, buckle is combat worn but with makers this rare beggers cannot be choosers does anyone have another maker like this please? Hopefully with a leather tab on.
Hi guys, I have a new buckle en route to me which again is another enigma. The buckle is marked K&N. It is pressumed that this is the makers mark for Kurbi u Niggeloh, Radevormwald (M5/51). Does anyone have a buckle marked with these markings underneath the roller bar and a matching leather tab so we can confirm whether or not this is the actual maker? Any help with this would be really appreciated Many thanks
Hi guys, another pick up is this nice steel 1940 Bruder Schneider. I also have another buckle dated 1942 and it is amazing how similiar they are, the glossy paint and even the leather has the same colour!
Hi guys, here is another nice example for your pleasure. A nice aluminium Hermann Knoller dated 1938. Still very detailed with lots of the original paint still on it. I like the way these are pebbled on the rear :D
Hi guys, just me again, this last one is also in my eyes a hard to find buckle. The maker is Dransfeld & Co, Menden. It is dated but when it was stamped it must have been a light strike so it has missed off the end digit so it reads 194, this is a shame but it is still a very nice buckle and one that is hard to come by :D
