Hello everyone,
Here is my latest and greatest. It's an M-42, very minty size 62. I believe this to be a ckl although the shell maker is covered up. It looks like one... Decal is a little crooked, late war applied in the field most likely. Enjoy!

Very nice indeed. Just how rare of an item is this? I cannot find a single disc anywhere!

Rob,
It was one of those that make your heart skip a beat haha. I was very much surprised when I saw it. I quickly placed that one on the top shelf. Thanks for looking.

Prima! Danke fur zeigen...
The going rates for these lids are very high. I hope I can find one some day. The only ones I can afford are the civic models.
Wonderful helmet scowen

And the reverse.
The makers mark "128" can easily be seen.

Nice lid you have there ... I really miss it
I know it is in good hands which is the main thing. Glad you still like it.

Hello everyone,
Thought I would share my Polizei grouping at its infant stage. At first it was just helmets. Now it's everything. I will be adding more too it in the next year. This is what I have come up with so far...
Enjoy,
Joey

Bill,
Amazing! You managed to find another example that is just (if not more) as beautiful as the one I posted. I also remember something about you thought you had another "76" but was thinking of another maker you had. Glad to see you have one again. Many thanks Bill. I am still amazed by the detail and beauty of this particular cross.

Thank you everyone.
I wish there was a better story behind this helmet. I rescued this helmet along with another M-34 from one of the shady dealers on ebay. It was just a lucky day for me I guess. The seller has a lot of Latvian fakes he tries to pass as original.
Soon as I recieved the pictures from the seller I knew this would be mine. I think I put in a max bid of $500 on both of them. I know it sounds crazy, but these are very hard to come by. It has taken me two years to find another wich I am working on getting. And no, I ended up paying just over $200 for it

And the reverse.
As I said this was my very first, and has been my favorite ever since. I have only two others so far.

Hello everyone,
I did not see a "76" listed so far so I thought I would share mine. This was my very fist Iron Cross which I purchased from one of the best guys around. So here is my Ernst L. M?ller, Pforzheim "76" Iron Cross second class...
Enjoy,
Joey
I had to copy these from my original posting from MCF. I lost the original photos a few months ago and I do not have a scaner...

Haha. Thanks Jim. The only way I will ever let go of this one is if someone pryed it from my dead kung fu grip
I am however working on a twin brother to go with this helmet The owner has not said if he would sell it yet.
All the best,
Joey

Here you can see where the aluminum comb was removed and holes plugged up. You can just see the faint outline of the comb.

Hello everyone,
Thought I would share this one with all of you. It's a fire/police M-34 with tilted tri color shield and mobile swastika circa 1934...

Hello Paul,
Thank you. I sold the helmet early this year. Some problems came afterwards. There is a very long thread on MCF about the matter. I still have some photos of the liner though. The buyer tried to return the helmet after he tore the liner and one of the slpit pin had been loosened.
The same helmet later came up on a dealer site and amazingly grew a chinstrap.
