Yes, it - "3rd Division (Division) of the Class / 3rd" the Double Dragon!
Thanks Rick!
For what Kriminal-Schutzmann could receive so much awards?
Probably it protected an order during visits of crowned persons?

What is the large star and the last medal on the medal bar?
Assuming these were awarded before 1908, a senior NCO level person like this will probably be in the German Orders Almanac. The two non-European awards are the ONLY hope of finding him unless you want to go through the enture book page by page.
The seller has told, that the name of the owner medalbar - Schandert is possible.

I hope that the piece wouldn't be marked "A" on the rim.
There are no marks.

Roman
P.S. The medal managed to be redeemed from buying up of precious metals in Germany.

Roman-- could you zoom in on the ribbon bar of your "Croat" Oberzahlmeister?
That looks to me like the ribbon for the NSDAP 10 years service cross-- and yet he is wearing all the normal insignia of a regular army paymaster!
Rick,
Is better it is impossible, but I as think, that it NSDAP 10 years service cross.

Ah, Roman, did you get it? I saw it too and thought about it, if it's good or bad. I wasn't sure but actually I rather like than disklike it. If it's good - this is a very nice combination to a Prussian officer. The bar should date into the 1870s or 80s, the long service cross seems indeed to be an elderly one. Let's wait what others think about it...
=)
Yes, Sascha I have bought this medalbar.
The most rare is Russian award for foreigners.
