Not much on my mind, but a bit of snow on the ground

Snow's gone; spring is making a surge.

I hate leaves. Why is it that my lawn/garden attracts all the leaves? I think I'm finally rid of most of the winter mess.

I wonder if my wife is planning on a new husband to go with her dream house. Today she suggested I change/repair several light fixtures since she has the day off and can be here if I electrocute myself. Hmmm.

One month after moving, I'm still busy with "new" house issues. Still a few boxes to unpack, especially in the new War Room. And a last-minute trip to Fort Bragg for a consulting gig. Slowly reading through the 24 pages of unread posts.

So, it seems I can't so much as pull out a dead azelea or kill the Poison Ivy without a permit from the county due to the protected water front.

Youngest daughter heads off to college tomorrow. I'm going to miss her...

Started classes for teacher certification tonight... Signing up for a German refresher course to see if I can pass that license exam.

Looking forward to our first autumn on the Chesapeake...

I can see a line of Imperial officers lining up to greet Rick and say thanks for "resurrecting" my bar...
