That's a nice pair of gloves Albert! Very similar to what I posted. Are they marked on the inside? My concern with the pair I posted above is the type face of the maker's stamp; I think it's Helvetica or Aerial font, which didn't exist in WWII...

Looks like Arial Rounded MT Bold

Super! I have a dual focus of Luft and AAF items from the ETOMTO. As for luft items I like some of the flight gear, blades... I have been lucky to get some very minty 2nd Luft daggers and recently a very early Luft sword.

Mr. John could you explain sir? Im guessing you mean Clemens Wagner? Im not familiar with the term. Thanks for the compliments sir! TIA and all the best, Jon
You are correct - they are one of the top quality makers that many people like to buy in regard to Luft visors... others are eRel, Lubstein, Puk... cant recal the last one...

Very nice! If I had the room some uniforms would be a nice addition - some day maybe if the wife does not object too much.

Super display - if your married you must have an underestanding wife! I just bought a decent display case which should arrive this weekend and my wife is wants everything in the case and when I said but... I want to display at least one uniform she was not to happy... over time as my colection grows I hope her concern diminishes!

Awesome Photos Naxos. You should start a thread dedicated to your father! I personnally would be very interested to hear of his stories and see more of his wartime items!
Regards
Paul
I agree with Paul - this would be a super thread to follow!

Dear John,
I agree....send the flag my way so the 2 can be reunited!
Dear Paul,
More to follow, hopefully after the ASMIC show.
Gary B
Sure no problem... but I really do not want the flag to me alone on the trip so you better send the tabs to escort the flag
Cheers

Thanks for the information - I was given so many different directions from the HG division to Air Filed Defense units....
I would be inclined to say that it's for a infantry Regimental Commander in one of the Field Div's, as that was the branch color for the Rifle unit's. Golden yellow was for Recce or Bicycle Units in the Field Divisions

Tops Quality as always! The boots and gloves look very minty!

Jos,
I think the nose bridge and shape of the lense on the pair pushed to the top says it all. Do you have additional photos to confirm the type?
