The next pages have no stamps or dates, only text, posting them anyway as apparently no other samples have been posted before. And hoping someday someone will be able to translate all this for us...
Pages 7 and 8.

Pages 5 and 6.
The date 20/3/32 means in fact 20/3/42 (right Jan?
)

How about these Ladies?:
Gerd,
The brunette on the right... yammy...
What's that uniform, btw? Not that makes a difference or I care, just curious...

How 'bout Oksana Federova, Miss Universe 2002, and a REAL St Petersburg police officer?
If you care to see more: http://fedorova-oksana.ru/
Dave,
You mean, she WAS a police officer before being Miss Universe, right?
With such "attributes" I'm sure she can make much more money as an international model rather than as a police officer...

Here is a picture of the nuclear power plant with the name "Lenin" in Tchernobyl.
I thought it was the 26. April 1986 when the accident occured.
Right, April 26 1986 is indeed the day the reactor #4 exploded.
Here too the media started talking about the 20th anniversary yesterday (April 21) and before yesterday (April 20), not sure why!
But the events took indeed place during the night of April 25 to April 26 1986.
Anyway, a very sad tragedy! How many have died and keep dying from that incident? Greenpeace says about 100.000, but I guess it's almost impossible to know exactly the dimension of this tragic event!

Well - what's in the central bank would resolve a lot of my issues!
Oh I'm sure in a certain way it could even help to open some doors from the archives

So How do we get the paper (I mean research material) out
Kev in Deva
Kev,
Right now, we simply don't! Simply still not available yet
And of course I mean the research paper, either from the building on the pic, or from the real archives.
From this building one can only get another kind of paper

Ok guys, I just asked the question even thought I already knew the answer, because I was not sure what Bob thought that building is and wished to confirm.
I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, but that is no military archives at all, that is ... the Central Bank in Ulaanbaatar!
So I guess not many answers available there that could help us in our research!
Cheers,

Nice scans Dolf! This is one of the medals that has intrigued me... always wondered what constituted award criteria....
Rick,
I thought these were (still are?) awarded only to foreigners, hence the difficulty to find them in Mongolia.
But as Jan says above that "Most of these were, and are still, awarded to foreigners..." I'm not sure anymore.
It seems logical that a Mongolian Friendship Medal would be awarded to foreigners, not to Mongolians, right?
As for the award criteria I also don't know, but most probably for foreigners that helped Mongolia in some way I guess, but unfortunatelly no details

PS: Ron, btw just curious, how much did you pay for yours now?

I paid $125 for mine about a year ago.
One of the very rare items I bought from the well known NJ dealer.
The next one he listed, right after I bought mine, was listed for $150... none on his site right now.

As I mentioned the acc's for the tank were mailed sperately and are sitting somewhere in Customs. I guess they can not be too careful about what just might be inside those little ammo crates!
On that scale what else could it be than some kind of WMD?!...
Nice work, Mark!

Well, I think we should at least have its dimensions before we can make some more wild guesses as to what it might be.
Jan,
More info have been requested: reverse pic, seize, weight, material (should I ask for anything else?). Still no reply so far.
