This German war cemetery is located 30 kilometres Northeastern of Athens. Here are 9,905 war graves of the Second and 68 of the First World War, in large ossuary's.
The graves are brought to this cemetery from all over Greece (except Crete). The graves of 843 killed soldiers could not be found anymore, their names are also on several plaques.
