      I picked this up very cheap. The black ribbon second from the right appears to be the 25 year Fire sevice medal or? but what is the centeral award? The only thing I found close was the Medal for Basarabia and Bucovina. I suppose there is a chance this is all put together but for 25 US it would seem odd- So EK, Kyffh?ufer, ? , and ? Austrian. Thanks
