Hi Lorenzo...i have a similar item to yours its the abdul kareem qasim comeritvie coin ..( the one which is blue and in the red packaging) the coin looks exactly similar but i have a diifernt type of cover and it is all original my packaging is blue but with hunges so it opens like a flap not like the one u have shown....i think it maybe a similar commerative i will take a photo soon and let you have a look...do you know how much its worth roughly? how much did your one cost to buy?
