Order of Lenin s/n. 433268
Gentleman,
a nice item in a 10/10 condition, except the fact, that the orginal owner tried to scratch out the s/n.
.
I bought it for EUR 400,- in Vienna in 1999.
Best regards
Christian

Red Banner of Labour, Type 3 / Version 1 - s/n. 6825 (!!!!)
Gentlemen,
I have this nice RBL T3 in my collection, which has a s/n. of the T2-range.
Might this item be a re-issue for taking part at "Victory Parade"
?
Many thanks for your expertise
.
Best regards
Christian

That is one outstanding grouping, Christian!! For me, the highlight is the Korean Medal!
Dear Paul,
many thanks
.
You are right, the Korean Medal is something special in this group of that brilliant naval officer, who made a "classic" career, but got as a rather young officer his command over a (rather hughe) naval brigade at the Baltic Sea.
Best regards
Christian

I should have bought mine when I had the chance... regrets regrets. Yours is one to drool over!! Thank you for sharing it!
Dear Paul,
many thanks for your appreciation
.
Igor is now asking USD 15,500.00 for a Nevsky T2 http://www.collectrussia.com/DISPITEM.HTM?ITEM=19503 in a slightly better condition, but with a much higher s/n.
Working half a year just for one Soviet screwback

I was thinking along the same lines... But... he is a Civilian test pilot, right?
Dear Paul,
"civilian test pilot" might be the explaination
.

Gentlemen,
some more - and better
- pics of my Nakhimov Medal.
Might this medal (+ the entry in the booklet) be a high-end fake
?
Many thanks for your expertise

He got the Order of the Badge of Honour in 1983.
Dear Christophe,
many thanks for the information
.
I think, that a BoH is a rather uncommon award for such a famous test pilot - a RB, RS or even a RBL might have been more common
?
For me a BoH is a more typical award in the field of economics or culture ...

Redone s/n. by the mint
Gentlemen,
it seems to me, that the orginal s/n. had been (carefully) scratched out by the mint and a new s/n. had been engraved. Due to the patina and the professional work, it had do be done during WWII.
What's your opinon about it
?
Many thanks for your expertise
.
Best regards
Christian

Nevsky T 2 - s/n. 4556
Gentlemen,
as already mentioned at my other Nevsky-thread http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?s=&showtop...st&p=248720 , that's my Nevsky T 2 in good condition.
I bought this item for EUR 250,- in Vienna in the year 1994. O.K., now a type 2 Nevsky is a bit more expensive ....
.
The condition is good, the s/n. is rather low and there is enough gold plating on it, but there is a minor failure inside the enamel on the 7-o'clock-ray of the red star, as you can make out.
More photographs will follow
.
Best regards

Dear Christophe,
many thanks for that highly interesting post
.
Besides his HSU (inc. Lenin) and "Meritorious Test Pilot of the CCCP" Pugatchev shows a BoH or Order of Honour, but we can not make out at the pic (it's cut at the important section) what he got
.
Any further informations?
Best regards
Christian
