Hello Gents!
Please express your opinion on originality of this Albrechtskreuz.
Thanks in advance

Hi Sergio,
Both are very nice but, I think you picked the best one also. A real beauty IMO!
The nice thing about these LoH is the wide variety of styles.
Congrats again!
Tim
Thank you Tim! I've already put on hold the variants similar to those, you have shown in previous post! I'll buy them next month.
These my two awards are very similar on style. But the second LoH is made better and more harmonious in detailes. However the first LoH has the central medallion made of gold: I finaly could identify the second mark - eagle's head, turned to the left.

Another luxury LoH-Officer, which I've bought today. It's really hard to choose one exelent orden from dozens exelent LoH awards in different variants
It seems to me, that the second one is better than the first one, I showed above.
Here it is .

Hi Sergio,
Hard to say exactly but, clearly 3rd Republic, which would cover all three periods you're asking about up till around 1951/1952 timeframe. I would say the center mark in post #15 is the "boar's head" for silver content but impossible to really make out the others with these PIC's. It looks to be a very nicely made and conditioned example! Congrats!!

Hello Tim!
Thank you again! This award is a part of a big and old collection of LoH ordens which consist of over 70 items of different manufacturers and different periods. I have a possibility to choose any of them (III Republic), as the price is identical. The field of my interests is the WWI period, therefore I want to buy some more LoH of this time, but dont know how to chose WWI-ordens.
Best regards
Sergei

Hi Sergio,
You may need to take a real close look and some enlarged PIC's of the area shown in post #6 for starters. These marks are hard to identify as it is and large, detailed PIC's are necessary.
Here's a couple of links that might be of some help: http://gmic.co.uk/in...arantee-stamps/

Hello Tim,
Thanks for your reply! I've already seen that links, but still can't ID my LoH.
Here's some scans, but marks are too deep and it's hard for me to see something.
The general question - is the period. Is it WWI / post WWI ore WWII / post WWII production?
