An outstanding colection of very interesting peices.
I have seen British dies and moulds before but never German ones
Dan
Hi Dan
Glad you enjoy them. When I saw these dies, my jaw dropped. The detail on the dies are amazing. Best of all, there are more. I will post one or two a week so please check back to see them. I also took photos of some Italian dies and will post them as soon as I finish with the German dies.

Is it just me or do some things not look right? The serial number and mint mark on the #2 Red Banner for instance look strange... As does the numerical shield on the #3 Red Banner... As does the serial number on the OPW1... But most of all the serial number of the first Red Star you posted.
Hello,
I am not sure it it is the lighting but the white enamel on the Red Banners does not look normal from the photos; unless the enamel were repaired.

Hello Mr. Williamson,
Thank you for your quick reply. I am somewhat busy at the moment but I will try to post photos when I can of the other dies that I saw. Thank you for your quick reply.

Have you look at the first posting photo on this thread. The die looks pretty close to your foam one. What is the distance between wing tips?

One more...
Darrel: Here is a post from another forum member.
The CCC is massive and the rear of the CCC has another die (with the maker mark on it for example). I think that this shown positive front side CCC was the original die used to make the negative die which in turn was used as press mold for the actual clasps.
Regards,
DJ

Oh there are a whole lot more of these original dies that I saw. Some in better conditions than other.
