Two Stone Tablets Listing Military Units that were in Kempten (Allg?u)

Hallo Gentlemen

I was going through some old photos I had taken in the town of Kempten (Allg?u) Bavaria where I had the pleasure to live for 5 years, when I came across these shots of two granite stone plaques, (which are in need of a clean) they are located on a side wall of the Residenze-hoff (the Bishop's Palace).

Maybe the information is of interest to some of our members ? and possibly, somebody could translate exactly what the Units were??
