I didn`t find a topic about these badges.

What were these badges given for ?

There are 3 photos(74.10/74.11/74.12) in Husken`s book(p.440-441),

but there isn`t the photo of the fourth(Meisterschutze).

How does it look like and does somebody have its photo ?

Does somebody have photos of people wearing these badges ?
