Guest Rick Research Posted July 14, 2008 Share Posted July 14, 2008 I think that will turn out to be a Leutnant zur See (active, I think-- not Reserve) who was commissioned as an officer during the war. There are only a handful of W?rttemberg Silver Bravery Medal holders shown in February 1918-- but none wiuth the Hamburg Hanseatic Cross. THAT will have to wait on the HHC awards roll being done.No foreign awards shown in the wartime Navy Rank Lists, so THAT needs to have a match with the two German awards and THEN service as shown in the Honor Rank List.Some day...Some day...
