Wurttemberg bar with Wilhelms Cross

This came in today,I have really been looking foward to it.I have been searching fora bar with the Wilhems Cross with Swords for awhile,and i like this bar as the ribbons are clean and tight.

As always the Reverse is important. this bar has the woven reverse i have found on other Wurttemberg bars. I think this type of backing was common in Southern Germany

Yup. Just tuck those slipping rings under the ribbons where they belong and nice as can be.

The second ribbon is for the much more common W?rttemberg Military Merit/Bravery Medal, but from that mounting, there has NOT been a swap--these are lined up perfectly just as made. The outfitter probably couldn't find the correct ribbon

and that was close enough that nobody noticed or cared. It's a beauty alright. :cheers:
