I got that tropical helmet - I think it's for army use but I don't know of which period? It's UV negativ.

The marking is hard to make out, it appears to be an item made in France but sold through an outlet in London. Looks like the garter around the shield includes the words "MANUFACTURE" or similar, & LONDON ?

Yes, I think you are right... ... MANUFACTORY LONDON ... What do you think is it a tropical helmet of the British army?

I suspect a private purchase helmet for wear during horse polo, rather than a military item - but an item which would have been de rigeur for officers of some units.
