Heer Memel Medal - Real or fake? All opinions appreciated

I acquired this Memel medal along with various other real medals. I know that the Memel medal is a very touchy subject, but perhaps one of you may be able to help me determine whether this is a forgery or not. I do know that most of them have a crooked G, however some were also made with the straight G, so I am at a loss here. Anyhow, here is the medal that I have:
