TacHel Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 Instituted on 11 September 2007 by decree of the Defense Minister.Awarded to soldiers and officers of Space Forces for initiative, diligence and distinction shown in the line of duty in military service for 20 years or more and already awarded the insignia of Merit for Space Forces.
