Help! Author, Title, Date of Collectors Book ?

I'm cataloging the late Eric Ludvigsen's library and just came across this book-- entirely in Japanese. COMPLETELY beyond me! It is a general-beginner collector type minimal text/ boadest possible illustrations sort of book, would just like to be able to list it with the author's name/title/date.

ALL I can read in Japanese or Chinese are the dates, which here are in two columns with Day 15/20, Month 11, Year 38 (1966 or 1967-- did year start with coronation's date?)

Translation just ofname/title/confirmation of year greatly appreciated!

This was republished about ten years ago as a small pocket sized softcover book. Some of the content was updated but not much. This original hardback version is actually very hard to find and not cheap if you can find it in a second hand shop in Japan.
