CLOTH SH. BADGES FOR TRAFFIC POLICE

I recently saw under one of the topics, some interest in S.A. shoulder flashes. These are for Pretoria and Johannesburg traffic departments and are pre 1994 - the star is interesting , copying the US Sheriffs. In addition to traffic, they also had a police function, with a general power of arrest.
