Javelin Missile Case?

Hi,

I need your help to identify a missile case I've owned for around 15 years, originally believed to be for a Javelin but unsure now. Markings on the inside dates it at 23.02.90 and has various markings on the exterior (S15, KIOGAI, IGM, EDCI) Case stands around 1.5m
