Shoulder Board Identification

I am unable to ID these two singles. I believe them to be Forestry but am seriously not sure.

The first one is a Schutzpolizei Meister from the Weimar Republic. You will see these in Fritz Lang's classic Peter Lorre film "M."

These were on ebay at a decent price. Have always been interested in epaulets, but only know the bare minimums for ID'ing.
