Help needed for two Kuwaiti Medals

These two Iranian medals are part of four medals that will soon be here. The two Iranian medals are the Coronation of the Shah 1967 and an unknown that I need help with. Also there are two medals from Kuwait that Ed has translated the writing as Wisam-Taqdir. What are they and what are they for? Any help is appreciated.
