Ottoman Empire Documents From Baghdad, Iraq

Hello everyone, I recently added these 2 documents to my Iraqi Militaria Collection: I am needing a little help on the information about the Documents.

I know that one is from 1908 and the other 1905. Thank you for viewing and for your help...

I need to know if the Documents are of ownership of land or tax for land???

I need to know if the owners name is on the documents????

Is it for an Iraqi resident??

According to my wife, she's Iraqi (Kurdish), it's for house ownership in Baghdad. She doesn't want to guess on the name as the scan is just too poor, but it's there. Hope you can use the information.

So they are some kind of deed to a house.. I wonder if they hold any value but they are beautiful pieces of histroy???
