Gentlemen,

Im hoping someone has an idea as to what this cypher is from.

It doesn't look of a military nature to me. My guess is personal initials to be added to something like a piece of clothing, etc.

Thanks Chip, It is sewn inside a high grade doeskin Imperial Long Coat. I cant even make out what initials they are to be honest and havent heard of such a fancy way of marking ones coat or personalizing it before.
