RAD Buckle - Unknown Maker

Hello Gentlemen,

Picked up this aluminum RAD Buckle yesterday. After looking through a number of RAD Buckle pictures, I'm fairly certain its original, the front & reverse construction is almost exactly the same as a number of the buckle pictures. I was wondering if buckle collectors members on the forum, happen to know who the maker might be. Thanks in advance.
