Manchurian National Census Commemorative Medal

I bought this medal two weeks ago on the antique market in Shenyang during my travel through Manchuria for 18$. unfortunately it's in bad shape and I have no idea if this is the original ribbon. Does anyone have a Manchurian National Census with the original ribbon or maybe the original case?

The ribbon on mine is a replacement but it is the correct ribbon colours. I have no idea what the ribbon is on the one you have got, but it is incorrect for this medal

I will see if I can get you one but they are about $30 each since it is unused original silk ribbon, not a modern weave.
