    Al Bakr university is the higher military collage that gives the "Staff" Rank for mid-ranked Officers the red stripe on there rank shoulder boards.

    -in the rectangle is written " Al-Bakr University for Higher Military Studies "

    -below is written " Commanding College 1985 "

    This university was located in Palestine St. , Baghdad , one of it students was " Ali Abdullah Salih " Current President of Yemen
