Organisational Badges DRK Samariterin Badge - Authentic?

I've been offered this DRK Samariterin Badge - 28mm diameter. I've researched these a little, there were two variants both had 28mm diameter, one with thin type of lettering, the other with somewhat thicker lettering. What do members think? authentic or not.
