Iraqi Staff College Rank Numbered Insignia

Hello everyone here is a few small pieces I picked up for a few bucks here in Iraq. I have some old photos of Staff Officers at the Military College wearing Insignia like this on their Shoulder Boards. I wonder if they were worn for the platoons the Cadets at the Military Staff College formed with. I am looking for more information about these numbered pieces and I thank you always for viewing.
