Markgraf
Hi for Everyone! I bought a photo, but I can't identify the details. I think he is a belgian officer (2nd Lieutenant? ) from the interwar period, maybe reservist (he seems a bit errrm....well-fed). But I have no idea for the ribbons. Can you help me? Many thanks M
