Leaders Armband

I was offered this wool armband at the weekend. I didn't know exactly what it was for - suspect it may be NSDAP Kreisleiter, Hauptamptsleiter, Ortsgruppen Führer. Could members tell me who wore such a armband - rank, whether its original and what price range they trade at. Any information welcome.

This armband was worn at the Reich's level- check the label. Another give-away is the lack of trim at the top and bottom; just the red of the band. Orts = light blue trim; Kries = white trim; gau = dark red trim.

Greg - Thanks for the post, unfortunately after comparing my armband with ones on offer at Weitze's military site, I've come to the conclusion its a fake. They were on offer 500 - 700 euro price range.
