Awarded to servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces for: personal merit in professional training, maintaining troops high combat readiness for two years onwards; for acquaintance with materiel in a short period of time; for bravery and courage at exercise and maneuvers and during performing one�s service and combat duties; for devotion and discipline during military service; for excellent personal skills in field, air and navy training.

Established on 12 September 2005 by ministerial order 545. Awarded to members of the Armed Forces of the Ukraine who faithfully and honestly perform military duty and have served in the armed forces for 20 years.
TacHel Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Commemorative medal for 15 Years of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Award of the Defense Ministry of the Ukraine by order 174 of the Minister of Defence of the Ukraine on6 April 2006. Awarded to military personnel (NCOs and officers) and employees of the Armed Forces of the Ukraine, and to other persons, for personal contribution to the cause of reform, development and maintenance of vital activities of the Armed Forces of the Ukraine, for high responsibilities in military service, and for other services to the Armed Forces of the Ukraine.

Established on 12 September 2005 by ministerial order 547. Awarded to warrant officers and junior officers for excellent performance during training, combat duty, guard duty, internal services and excellent performance in combat training, as well as to commanders of units rated as "excellent" provided same commander also rates as excellent.
