Tkachev Petr Dmitrievich (86) was awarded by Slovakian Def.Min. medal "For Participation in Struggle against Fascism and Liberation of Motherland". In Spring 1945 Sgt. P.Tkachev was commander of 82mm mortar crew (214th Cav.Rgt., 63rd Cav. Div., 5th Guard Don Cossac Cavalry Corps). He was awarded by Glory ord. 3rd class for destroying the Tiger tank by hand grenade near Roman, August 1944. After WW2 he served in Air Force.
