The medal on the right of the upper row with the black-red-black ribbon was occasionnally awarded to French troups, but it is really a Belgian commemorative award.for the battles along the Yser river (I believe!) during WW1. The 2 top ones though should normally be reversed. PATRIE ET HONNEUR is usually HONNEUR ET PATRIE in French...
