Polizei Opinion on SS decal

Last month I inherited a large military collection,mostly helmets and medals. Among the 60 helmets is a grey overpainted once green M17 double decal. Don't know if the decals are 'good' or not. What is the opinion?

The runic decal is a fake Pocher and is a round bottom, the Party shield is also fake wrong dimensions and colour , sorry about that,
