lilo Posted December 9, 2012 Posted December 9, 2012 (edited) Hi All, Below I have attached a photo of a mystery Cross (please click on it to enlarge) that was worn by an High Ranking Officer in a medal group. What I can say to help in its identification is : - The photo is dated 1929; In the Cross I noted : - a clear central 'S'; - what seems to be a sword put with the point up along all the vertical arm of the cross; - the perimetral edge of the Cross seems to be outlined (note the darker colour of the internal area of the arms of the Cross and the clear border of the same arms); I hope that someone could be able in correctly identify this Cross.
