Some more ID help please

I have a few more items I'm looking for help with.

1. Pin (3/4" wide X 1" high)

2. The Helicopter Ambulance patch may be US Army, but I can't seem to locate it. Used Google and a couple of other search engines.

The pin looks like the coat of arms of the Armenian SSR, it bears that flag. I am unfortunately unable to decypher the inscription.

The SAR patch completely eludes me though... I went through the entire US military unit register, even the older one, checked RAF, RCAF, RAAF etc... NADA! So I went through the North American civilian air ambulance registry, nothing! Sorry...
