What is it? (4)

Here's a jewel that I know nothing about, apart from what is written on it!

The only markings on the back are "Metal gilt" and "Made in England".

Would be very grateful if anyone could identify it for me - all suggestions gratefully received.

At first, I thought it might have been Australian, as that was from where I bought it.

However, further study shows the coat of arms to be that of the United Grand Lodge of England, but I am still none the wiser.

Any wild guesses, at all????
