The large tiny ribbon bar bird is an Otto Schickle company product-- very distinctive shape to the head and the curved date bar.

HOWEVER: the ribbon bar has been screwed with: no Hindenburg Cross, and Sudeten with Prague bar in front of the Austrian Anschluss.
