Unknown Libyan or Iraqi items?

Hello everyone,

I got these items the other day and I need a little help with reading the items. My arabic is rusty and I would love if anyone could help me on them?

I was told the patch is Libyan and the other is Iraqi.

The first one says "Chemical, Petroleum, Mining and Quarry Trade Union" (translated going off the Latin initials; the Arabic says General Syndicate rather than "Trade Union"(

The second one says "Air Defense Technical Secondary [School]".

the patch with the eagle is not Iraqi, I guess Syrian. regards!
