Gold Spanish Cross with Swords L/13 help needed

I am looking to aquire this piece .I is an L/13 gold cross with most of the gold wash gone.The swastikas are all there but have been made unrecognizable on the photos with photoshop.

The eagle wings are correctly soldered to the cross ,the L/13 mark looks right as does the catch and needle .
