Research award of DSO to US Col.

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to find the citation for the DSO award to US Army Col Robert P. Bell Commander of the 10th Inf Regt of the 5th Inf Div. The DSO was awarded in Washington DC on December 16th, 1945 by Archibald Clark Kerr acting on behalf of King George VI. Any help or links to research sites are appreciated.
