Medal "For Merit in Ensuring Flight Safety"

Awarded to military and civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with not less than five years of service, for merit in the performance of duties to ensure flight safety and prevent aviation accidents. May also be awarded to other citizens of the Russian Federation who have assisted in tasks to ensure flight safety.
