Awarded to military and civilian personnel of the Financial and Economic Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with at least fifteen years of service (work) in the Financial and Economic Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation: for reasonable initiative, diligence and distinction in service; for impeccable and efficient civil service; for conscientious performance of labor duties; for achieving high performance in areas of activity. May also be awarded to other citizens of the Russian Federation who have assisted in solving the tasks assigned to the Financial and Economic Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
